Q: Why do you sell the cushion covers and inserts separately?

We sell the cushion covers and cushion inserts separately as it allows for easier storage.

It also reduces the price once you have your cushion inserts as shipping will be less expensive for just the cushion cover.

Cushion covers also allow you to wash the covers and make the cushions interchangeable.

Our alternative synthetic down cushion inserts are easy to wash and maintain their shape. As opposed to pillows, where the inner stuffing is always poly-filled and does not wash or dry properly.

We are proudly Canadian, located in Newmarket, Ontario, Canada.
Q: Are your cushions suitable for outdoors?

Unless stated, cushions are designed for indoor use, if you do bring them outside we recommend you bring them inside every night.
- Our outdoor line is intended for both indoor and outdoor use. They are water and sun resistant.

Q: Do you have a retail store?

We are an online store only, however we work with local retailers across Canada and the United States who carry Show Cushions products in their store.

Our online store is designed and customized using Shopify. All payments are processed through Shopify, adhering to the highest and most strict security of all major credit cards.

DELIVERY
Q: How much is delivery?
- We offer fast free shipping if you spend over $150 in Canada.

If you spend less and $150 in Canada, we offer flat rate shipping for $14.95

Shipping rates vary depending on weight of your package as well as location. Your rate will be calculated in your cart.
Q: Where do you ship?

We ship across Canada and the United States. Please contact as info@showcushions.com if you are looking to ship internationally.
Q: When are orders dispatched?

Orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday.
Q: How can I track my order?

Once we have received and processed your order, you will receive a Canada Post tracking number. This number can be followed and tracked throughout the entire process. Shipping times average 1 to 7 business days.
Q: Where to I insert my discount code?

During the checkout process after you have entered your information (name, address, etc.) in the "Discount code or gift card" section.

AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT
We believe strongly in our quality product and are committed to excellent customer service. Please contact us and we will be happy to resolve your issue.
Q: What is your return policy?
- Please contact us within 2 weeks from date of delivery if you are not satisfied with your product
- All product must be unwashed and unused and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Should the cushion cover be faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve your issue
- All cushion inserts are final sale
- All vacuum sealed inserts and outdoor pillows are final sale if not sealed in their original packaging
- All items discounted 30% or more are final sale
- All market purchases are final sale
