Q: Why do you sell the cushion covers and inserts separately?

We choose to sell the cushion covers and cushion inserts separately because it allows for easier storage with the need for less space for an abundance of pillows. 
It also reduces the price once you have your cushion inserts as shipping will be less expensive for just the cushion cover. 
Cushion covers also allow our customers to wash the covers and make the cushions interchangeable.
Our alternative synthetic down cushion inserts are easy to wash and maintain their shape. As opposed to pillows, where the inner stuffing is always poly-filled and does not wash or dry properly.

Q: Why should I sign up to your newsletter?

Our newsletter is a great way to hear about our new products, special offers and upcoming in-person events.

Q: Do you have a retail store?

Show Cushions is currently only an online store. However, we are always looking for new options to explore.

Q: Do you have gift cards?

Show Cushions currently does not offer gift cards.

Q: Is it safe to use my credit card?

Show Cushions is designed and customized using Shopify. All payments are processed through Shopify, adhering to the highest and most strict security of all major credit cards.

DELIVERY

Q: How much is delivery?

Shipping within Aurora and Newmarket is free!
All orders within Ontario, Canada over $99 are free!
Shipping rates vary depending on weight of your package as well as location. Your rate will be calculated in your cart. 

Q: When are orders dispatched?

Orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Show Cushions currently only ships within Canada.
